Visheshokti (Cause Present but No Effect) —
Pronunciation: Visheshokti Alankar
Tip in English: All conditions for fulfillment exist, yet the expected action remains conspicuously unfulfilled.
(Literary Explanation):
Analysis in English: A fish lives submerged in water (sufficient cause present) yet remains thirsty (expected outcome fails to occur).
